Lal Pekin trained in drawing and ceramics at art studios in Türkiye and the United States.

She experiments with hand-building techniques using materials like regional Turkish clays, iron oxide, and recycled glass.

Her works have been showcased across galleries and design boutiques in Türkiye, France, and Tbilisi, GE. In addition, her functional ceramics, Sou Forms, have been acquired by Türkiye's most renowned fine-dining establishments.
